Cheer for the Hub City Spartanburgers at Fifth Third Park
Spartanburg's Minor League team, The Hub City Spartanburgers, return to Fifth Third Park on April 3 to follow up a successful inaugural season that saw the team make the playoffs!
Spartanburgers games are high-energy, complete with activities designed to get you on your feet and the team's navy-blue and-neon green colors found throughout the stands. Maybe best of all, Fifth Third Park is home to the 'world's largest burger bar' with thousands upon thousands of topping options available.

Hit the Trail
Whether you're walking, running, cycling, skating, or anything in between, take some time to enjoy the great outdoors on Spartanburg's trail system, our community's most-used outdoor recreational amenity.
The Daniel Morgan Trail System, or The Dan as it's popularly known, adds new landscapes, features, and trail paths each year. The trail-uniting initiative, led by PAL: Play. Advocate. Live Well! aims to connect people more closely with the outdoors across Spartanburg County by connecting 50+ miles of trail systems.
We’ve covered the popular Mary Black Rail Trail, and where you can eat, drink and play near the trail, but Spartanburg is home to numerous outdoor opportunities that we’ve got covered for your visit here.

Mayfair Art Studios brings artists together and hosts performances, exhibitions and classes, like pottery-making, throughout the year. If you’re looking to appreciate art instead of making your own, you can visit any of Spartanburg’s art galleries during the new year.
